- All subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled by either party at any time.
- All subscription fees are applied to future appointments from the time your subscription starts.
- At the time of service, the balance will be used on your subscription account. If the balance is not enough to cover all services completed on the piano, the remainder of the balance will be due after the work is completed.
- No refunds accept in rare cases as all balances are applied to your future services.
- Automatic online payment is collected as soon as you begin your subscription and will be auto drafted every month until the subscription is canceled.
- If a card is declined Valley Piano Tuning reserves the right to terminate the subscription if the payment method is not updated within 30 days.
